When do you need Herbal Ice Cubes?
At the very first sign, that trouble is brewing – when you sense the first little bit of heat, soreness, or pressure deep down in your skin – apply ice. Take an ice cube and hold it or rub it over the spot for a couple of minutes, two or three times a day.  Icing a pimple not only helps to reduce the swelling and redness, but makes the outer surface of the skin somewhat more permeable to topical medicines. We highly recommend applying ice to affected areas before any topical antiinflammatory cream (Sulfur BP or Healing Cream).
